PANAAM offers the convenience of organizing group purchases for any of its courses. This streamlined approach allows you to enroll a group of employees or colleagues effortlessly, eliminating the need for individual enrollment and payment on the site.

Group Payments

Simply contact us at info@panaamconsultants.com and we will manage the payment process for the entire group. Subsequently, we will provide you with access codes for each team member, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process.

Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Refunds and cancellations are permissible within 24 hours of registration, subject to an administrative processing fee of €10 (euro). Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing within the initial 24-hour period. Please note that once a course or module has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Course Access After Refund

Upon the approval of your refund, your access to the course content will be revoked. Any downloaded or printed materials must be deleted or destroyed.
