How are the payments processed?

We use Mollie’s payment gateway to process payments. Therefore, you will be able to pay not only by using your bank’s debit card (iDeal), but also any major credit card:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • Visa

Is it safe to make a payment onPANAAM website?

Yes. We never see your payment details. We use Mollie ‘s payment gateway, and the process is securely handled by them:

  • Mollie keeps the transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with us.
  • They monitor transactions 24/7.
  • Their encryption keeps your online transactions guarded from start to finish.

What is the Security Code on the payment form?

The Security code on the form is the CVN or CVV number from the back panel of your card (or front on American Express cards).

How can I make a purchase for a group?

PANAAM has the ability to facilitate a group purchase for any of its courses. This is a great way to easily get a group of employees or colleagues into a course without them needing to go to the site to enroll or pay for the certificate.

Why is my payment failing?

There may be several reasons why a payment fails:

In the majority of cases, it fails because the card number, date, or the short 3- or 4-digit card verification number (CVV or CVN) are entered incorrectly. Please try again.

In some other case, it is not approved by Mollie or your bank because there are insufficient funds in your account, or you may have to increase your daily or per transaction limit.

If you believe the above are all correct, please check that the billing address that you entered on the form matches the billing address you have set with your card company.

If you are still experiencing issues, please double-check with your bank/ credit card provider, they may need to white list our company name to allow us to receive funds from you. This may be relevant if you are making an international transaction.

It is very common nowadays for the bank / credit card provider to send an SMS to the mobile number on the account with a temporary code to confirm the transaction. Please make sure you have strong signal to receive SMS.

Otherwise, you need to approve the transaction via your bank mobile app or the coder/decoder (E.dentifier ) device that you received from your bank.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds/cancellations are acceptable within 24 hours of registration subject to an administrative processing fee of 10€ (euro).  Refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of registration. If the course or module has been accessed, no refund is permitted.
